We aim to ship all items within one to two working days of receiving your order, though we cannot guarantee this (UK regulations allow the supplier thirty days to dispatch goods). Shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If for any reason you are displeased with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 28 days, and we will send you a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
If you are returning an item it is your responsibility to insure the item during postage as we cannot be held responsible for damage during transit by any third party. We highly recommend that you pack your item extremely well, especially musical instruments and also take out insurance.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will refund your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.
